Additionally, Andersen and Brooksby both earned NSCAA all-Pacific Region third team accolades.
The 2015 Aggie squad finished the year at 10-8-2, going 5-5-1 in Mountain West play. Under Wachsman and the staff's direction, Brooksby and Hamblin earned all-Mountain West honors, while Brooksby was named to the NSCAA all-Pacific Region third team.

In 2012, defender Natalie Norris earned her third-straight WAC Defensive Player of the Year award. In 2011, USU ended the season with a 15-5-2 overall record and a 5-1-1 WAC record. Wachsman led the Lions to three-straight 11-win seasons from 2005-07. After an inaugural campaign of 3-13-4, he helped lead the fifth-best turnaround in Division II history as the 2004 team went 10-8-2 to place third in the MIAA.
His Missouri Southern squads experienced much of the same success in the classroom as Utah State. The Lions received the NSCAA Team Academic Award for six-straight seasons, while the Aggies have earned the same award 13 consecutive seasons.

In 2001, Northern Colorado posted a 15-7 overall record and made it to the Round of 16 in the national tournament. In 2002, UNC finished 13-5-1.
While at Northern Colorado, Wachsman assisted head coach Tim Barrera with all aspects of the program, including practice, game-planning, coaching, recruiting, fundraising and monitoring student-athletes academic progress. A certified strength and conditioning specialist, he also served as strength coach for the team, establishing an offseason fitness, weight, speed and power training program. With Wachsman's assistance, Northern Colorado produced one NSCAA All-American and had several national and regional award-winners, both athletically and academically.
Wachsman holds a National "B" license from the United States Soccer Federation, as well as an Advanced National Diploma from the NSCAA. He previously worked as administrative director/staff coach at the Steamboat Soccer Academy in Steamboat Springs, Colo.
