Spots Still Available For Utah State Soccer Camps This Summer
May 11, 2009
LOGAN, Utah - Spots are still available for soccer camps conducted by Utah State women's soccer head coach Heather Cairns. The four camps will begin this summer starting in June.
Players who attend the camp will be instructed by skilled Division I coaches and players. The camp features excellent player/coach ratio, so each athlete will receive the quality instruction they require.
The first camp is Aggie Day Camp I for boys and girls from the ages of 8-12 and 13-18 years old. The camp will run from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. for kids 8-12, while the session from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. will be for kids from the ages of 13-18.
On Aug. 1, the Aggie Goal Scorers/Goalkeeper Camp will take place for kids 12-18 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. There are two separate camps that will be held from Aug. 3-5. Aggie Day Camp II will be held for kids from the ages 8-12 from 7:30-9 p.m., while the Lil' Aggie Day Camp will be for children from the ages 4-7 years old from 6-7 p.m.
A team camp from July 27-30 has been canceled.
Camps will feature a competitive environment, which includes tactical and technical training, as well as goalkeeper training. Camp T-shirts will be provided while lunch and refreshments will be provided for the goal scorers and goalkeepers camp.
