LOGAN, Utah - After defeating Hawai`i 4-0 on Sunday, Utah State secured the second seed in the upcoming Western Athletic Conference Soccer Tournament in Ruston, La. The tournament begins on Thursday, Nov. 4 and runs through Nov. 7.

Top-seeded San Jose State will face the winner of the match-up between fourth-seeded Idaho and fifth-seed and host Louisiana Tech on Friday, Nov. 5 at 3 p.m.
Utah State has never faced Idaho in the WAC Tournament, but has met Fresno State once. In 2005, the Bulldogs also beat USU by the same 2-1 margin in the WAC Tournament in quarterfinals in Boise, Idaho.
