LOGAN, Utah - Utah State's women's tennis team lost to Nevada, 7-0, Saturday at the Logan Sports Academy and Racquet Club. With the loss, the Aggies' record moves to 2-8 this season.

In singles, No. 3 player junior Bridgette Strickland battled Nevada's Florence De Vrye losing, 7-5, 6-3. Sophomore teammate Britney Watts fell to Alice Hall in the No.4 match, 6-3, 6-1.

In doubles, No. 1 Brianna Harris and Strickland lost to Nevada's Maria Mizuyuk and Lais Ogata, 8-4.

The Aggies play again Tuesday, March 4, at 10 a.m. against Montana State-Billings at the Sports Academy and Racquet Club, and will be followed by the USU men vs. MSU-B at 1 p.m.
