COACHSPEAK: The thing that Rachel has made the biggest jump in is her consistency. She's become a more consistent outside hitter, knowing when to take risks and when to control the ball. She's always been a really nice outside hitter with a nice arm, but she's developed the mentality of a high-level outside hitter this last year. She is also a great competitor and is versatile as evident by her Mountain West and WAC high jump championships.
