Kristen Bartiss, ATC, CPT
Ithaca College

Kristen is in her second year as a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University. Her primary sport is Women's Soccer. During her first year at USU, she worked with Football and Men's and Women's Tennis.

Kristen graduated in 2013 from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, as well as a minor in Sports Psychology and Coaching. While at Ithaca, Kristen worked with the women's basketball, women's lacrosse, men's soccer, and men's /women's swimming and track & field teams. She also gained experience working with the Division I Cornell University Sprint Football team and Ithaca High School. She is currently working on her Master's of Science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Kristen is from New Jersey and is the daughter of Mark and Terry Bartiss. She loves doing Cross Fit, competing in Spartan Races, working out, learning about medicine, hanging out with friends and family, dancing, playing soccer, and expanding her passion for nutrition and fitness. She is looking forward to experiencing life out West, and spending time camping, hiking, and snowboarding. In the future Kristen hopes to pursue a career as an athletic trainer for a professional soccer team.




Bryan Beachem, ATC
Truman State University

Bryan Beachem is in his first year as a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University. His primary sport is Men's and Women's Track and Field.

He graduated in 2012 from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. During his time at Truman he worked with DII football, baseball, wrestling, cross country, and track & field He has also worked at Camp Woodward and Riverview Gardens High School in St. Louis Missouri. He is currently working on his Master's of Science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Bryan was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, but grew up in Kaneohe, HI, Faith NC, Barstow CA, Leavenworth KS, and St. Louis MO. Bryan enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, camping, snowboarding, skateboarding, and working on his car.




Philip Boozer, ATC, NASM-CPT, CES
University of the Pacific

Philip is in his first year as a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University. His primary sport assignment is Football.

Philip graduated from the University of the Pacific in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. While at University of the Pacific, Philip worked with Men's Basketball, Women's Soccer, Softball, and Baseball. Philip also gained additional experience working with the San Joaquin Delta football team and local high school football camps. In 2012 he graduated from Modesto Junior College with an Associate of Science in Athletic Training. Philip is currently working on her Master's of Science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Philip is originally from Modesto, California and is the husband of Whitney Boozer and father of Katarina, Dirk, and Riley Boozer. He was a competitive powerlifter in high school where he won 16 state titles and 3 world titles and also played football. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, working out, cooking, spending time in the outdoors, and football. His favorite football team is the San Francisco 49ers.




Beri Dwyer, ATC
Chapman University

Beri Dwyer in is her first year as a graduate assistant at Utah State University. Her primary sport is football but is also covering men's and women's tennis.

She graduated in 2014 from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. During her time at Chapman she worked with DIII football, football at several local high schools, baseball and softball at a junior college, and a Sports Conditioning and Rehabilitation Clinic. She has also spent time working with both men's and women's USA Volleyball teams and the Anaheim Ducks Hockey team. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Beri was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota but moved to Vail Colorado soon after. She enjoys participating in sports, such as volleyball, tennis, skiing, and mountain biking. Beri loves her Denver Broncos!




Dominique Farris, ATC
Fresno State

Dominique Farris is in her first year as a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University. Her primary sport assignment is Women's Basketball.

She graduated in 2014 from Fresno State with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. During her first year at Fresno, Dominique had the opportunity to work at Sierra Pacific Orthopedic Center, Fresno Pacific University, and Clovis High School. She also worked with the Fresno State softball, football, and tennis teams. While in her second year, Dominique worked primarily with the men's basketball team. She is currently working on her Master's of science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Dominique was born in Palo Alto, California and grew up throughout the bay area and Stockton. She enjoys spending time with her family, at the beach, reading, watching sports, and being a role model to her four younger siblings and younger cousins who look up to her.




Shayla Foster, ATC
Chapman University

Shayla Foster is in her second year as a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University. Her primary sport is Football. During her first year at USU, she worked with Women's Gymnastics.

She graduated in 2013 from Chapman University with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training. During her time at Chapman she worked with DI Women's Soccer, DIII Football, various sports at the DII NAIA level, and Men's Collegiate Lacrosse. She has worked with Justin Sports Medicine at a variety of PRCA rodeos in the western region and with United Spirit Association cheer camps during the summer. She is currently working on her Master's of Science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Shayla was born and raised in Longmont, Colorado and enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends such as alpine skiing, water skiing, paddle boarding, hiking, and riding horses.




Kristin Gollofon, ATC
Oregon State University

Kristin Gollofon is in her first year as a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University. Her primary sport is Women's Gymnastics.

She graduated in 2014 from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. During her time at Oregon State she worked with gymnastics, football, and cross country. She also interned at a local DII university. She is currently working on her Master's of Science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Kristin grew up in Woodinville, Washington and was a competitive gymnast for most of her adolescence. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and outdoor activities.




Nick Lambertsen, ATC
Brigham Young University

Nick Lambertsen is in his second year as a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University. His primary sport is Football. During his first year at USU he worked with Women's Softball.

He graduated in 2013 from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. During his time earning an undergraduate degree, he worked with the BYU football, men's lacrosse, and soccer teams, as well as Provo High School. He is currently working on his Master's of Science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Nick was born in Salt Lake City and was raised in Cache County, Utah. He enjoys soccer and hopes to find a career working in professional soccer. He and his wife, Melissa, have two children, sons Scott and Cannon.




Ryan Moreau, ATC
Central Michigan University

Ryan Moreau is in his first year as a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University. His primary sport assignment is Women's Softball.

He graduated in 2013 from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine. During his time at CMU, Ryan worked with the volleyball, track and field, football, and gymnastics teams. He also worked with H.H. Dow High School in Midland, MI and was a student intern at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, MI. Last year, Ryan worked as an Intern Certified Athletic Trainer with Binghamton University's Baseball program. He is currently working on his Master's of Science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Ryan grew up in Ontonagon, MI in the Upper Peninsula. He enjoys skiing, hunting, fishing, any team sports, and video games. Ryan is also an avid Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Braves fan.




Zach Phipps, ATC
Weber State University

Zach Phipps is in his second year as a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University. During his first year he worked with the Women's Basketball team. His primary sport this year is Football.

Zach graduated in 2012 from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy. During his undergraduate work at Weber, Zach primarily worked with Weber State men's basketball and at a local high school his senior year. Zach is currently working on his Master's of Science in Health and Human Movement with an emphasis in Sports Medicine.

Zach grew up in Wellsville, Utah. He enjoys golfing, softball, football, baseball, and most any other sport. He also loves to spend time with his wife, Alexa.
